One $3,000 Bronze Scholarship: Open to any junior, with $1,500 designated for the academic year of 2008-2009 and $1,500 awarded during the academic year of 2009-2010, providing the designee maintains satisfactory progress towards their DVM degree.

Two $1,000 Scholarships from the NVMA Auxiliary endowed fund..

One $600 Scholarship from the Dr. John and Donna Cerny endowed fund.

One $600 Scholarship from the Dr. Rex Emery endowed fund.

One $500 Scholarship from the Jan Weiler endowed fund.

Two $500 Scholarships from the Pet Memorial Fund.

One $750 Scholarship from the Raymond and Steve Wright endowed fund.

One $500 Scholarship from the Francis and Rosemary Neumann endowed fund: Open to any Junior holding a 2.0 GPA or better that has expressed the intention to return to a rural Nebraska practice.

Nine $300 Memorial Scholarships. These awards are made possible by the memorial gifts from friends and families of veterinarians (Dr. C.B. Schwab, Dr. Charles Kasselder, Dr. Dan Lenz, Dr. James Premer, Gary Carsten, Dr.Kurt Bucholz, Dr. Bill Eastman, Dr. O.E. Hundley, and Dr. Gordon Rasberry who died in 2006.
