Veterinarian needed for a growing, family friendly, mixed animal practice located in Gothenburg, Nebraska. We are currently a five doctor practice, looking to expand to six veterinarians.
Gothenburg is an extremely clean and progressive town located in west-central Nebraska, directly on Interstate 80. It has a very proactive business environment, good schools, newly expanded hospital, and lots of recreation area. We have a nationally ranked golf course, a YMCA, a new child care center. We are located near numerous lakes with countless outdoor opportunities.
Our practice is approximately 60% large animal and 40% small animal with the bulk of the large animal being cow-calf. We have up to date facilities with multiple hydraulic chutes, hydraulic calf cradles, portable AI barns, in house blood machines, a digital x-ray system, multiple ultrasound machines, chiropractic, and orthopedic and soft tissue capabilities.
