Our facility is equipped with:
3 exam rooms, a dedicated surgical suite, a spacious reception area, canine and feline boarding suites, and a large animal treatment facility
Advanced diagnostics, including in-house laboratory, digital radiology (both in-house and portable), dental unit with radiology equipment, ultrasound, and laser therapy
We offer a variety of small animal surgical services from routine spays/neuters to orthopedic procedures. Our large animal clients are primarily cow-calf operations with individual care provided at the ranch. Emergency and equine cases are handled at the clinic

The Opportunity
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join our team. We are primarily looking for a mixed animal veterinarian, 75% large animal and 25% small animal. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to make an impact on our practice and community. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to both large and companion animals.
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop effective treatment plans.
Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative healthcare measures.
Perform routine and complex surgical procedures.
Maintain accurate and thorough medical records.
Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure seamless patient care and a positive work environment.
Participate in continuing education to stay current with advancements in veterinary medicine.
Education: Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited university.
Licensure: Active veterinary license in the state of Nebraska and South Dakota (or eligibility to obtain one by start date).
Skills:

Compassionate approach to animal care and strong empathy for clients.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Other: Current DEA License preferred.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Base salary starts at $80,000/year

4 day work week
On call rotation: Equal split among veterinarians. Starts 3-6 months after start date. Answering service handles triage calls
Guaranteed after-hours bonus: $100 per client visit
Quarterly production bonus: Opportunity to earn up to 10% bonus if service production goals are met

Professional Development: Generous Continuing Education (CE) allowance. Clinic will pay for a major C.E. meeting every other year (registration, flight/or mileage, hotel, food allowance)
